James Davis
Mr. Davis began his career in Land Planning and Surveying in 1997 while working for a Kalispell-based surveying firm. As a native to Montana, he spent his childhood exploring and hunting the hillsides of the Flathead Valley.
Mr. Davis graduated from Flathead High School in 1996 and received an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Land Surveying and Geomatics in 2005, from the Flathead Valley Community College. While growing as a land surveyor, Mr. Davis worked on an array of land-based issues and planning scenarios. Mr. Davis has experience in boundary surveying, subdivisions, construction layout, topography, land planning, environmental submittals and riparian surveys.
In 2003 Mr. Davis became the President of Skyview Development LLC, a local land development company that oversees land projects in the Flathead. He is also affiliated with the North Flathead Lake Sales Company LLC and is the Senior Project Manager for Kalispell National Investment Partners LLC (KNIC), which is currently developing the BLOOMSTONE project in Kalispell.
Mr. Davis enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Nykole, and 3 energetic children Caleb (10), Starlyn (6), and Zayne (5). In October of 2007 the Davis family was blessed with the news of a new baby girl due early in June of 2008. The family enjoys outdoor recreation and spending time with each other.
